Investigasi Presiden Prabowo: Pagar Laut Tangerang

President Prabowo Subianto recently convened a meeting with Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) Sakti Wahyu Trenggono and KKP Deputy Minister Didit Herdiawan at the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta to discuss the unauthorized sea fence construction issue in Tangerang, Banten Province. Sakti disclosed that the construction was carried out without the required permits, violating the regulations outlined in the Job Creation Law. Consequently, the construction has been sealed pending further investigation to determine its ownership and legality. President Prabowo has directed a comprehensive legal review of the situation, involving collaboration with various entities such as the Indonesian Navy and the Marine Security Agency (Bakamla). The primary objective is to ensure adherence to legal procedures and prevent potential adverse consequences like erosion. This proactive stance underscores the government’s dedication to upholding regulations and safeguarding marine resources.
